How we use it and our lawful basis

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, including our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), our website host (Hostinger), our email provider and, with your consent, Google Analytics. Some providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where data is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and prospect data for as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected, normally no longer than two years after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for the duration of the contract and up to six years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy to be transferred, and withdraw consent at any time. To opt out of marketing, reply "no thanks" or "unsubscribe" to any message or email us. To make a request, contact shaz@amicadigitalservices.com.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Security

We use access controls, secure passwords and reputable providers to protect your data, and we limit access to people who need it.
