How does the rolling 30-day plan work?
You pay monthly in advance with no minimum term, plus a one-off setup fee at the start. You can cancel by giving 30 days' notice.
How do I avoid the setup fee?
Choose a longer agreement: 6 months for Foundation, or 12 months for Growth and Pro. The monthly price stays the same and the setup fee is waived.
Is VAT included?
Amica Digital Services is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. Your written quote confirms the final amount.
When do I pay?
The first monthly payment, and any setup fee, is due in advance before work starts.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can move up a plan at any time. We confirm any change in writing before it takes effect.
How do you price other projects?
Custom websites, software, AI voice agents and advertising campaigns are quoted individually after a short call, so you only pay for what you need.
